Before you book – a few answers
Do I need any prior experience with hypnosis?
Not at all. Most of my clients have never experienced hypnosis before. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to show up for yourself.
What happens after booking?
You'll receive a confirmation with the Zoom link.
If you book an initial call, we meet for 20 minutes to get to know each other and see if working together feels right - no pressure, no commitment.
If you book a session directly, we will start with a conscious conversation about your topic before moving into subconscious work later in the session - that's the hypnosis part (still a conversation).
Is this therapy?
Hypnosis coaching is not psychotherapy. It's a powerful tool for change that works with your subconscious patterns and nervous system. If you're currently in psychiatric treatment, please consult your doctor first.
