Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services (New Zealand)

Before beginning the coaching process, I have been informed of and agree to the following:

Nature of the Service

Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any regulated health service.

I will not interrupt, postpone, or discontinue any medical or psychological treatment because of coaching.

The coach does not override medical advice or prescriptions. Full responsibility for my health and decisions remains with me.

Coaching is a form of mental and emotional support aimed at personal development. It is not a diagnostic procedure and does not treat illnesses or medical symptoms.

No promises of healing or guaranteed outcomes have been made.

Client Responsibility

I understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that I remain responsible for my own well-being, decisions, and actions.

I am free to continue or discontinue coaching at any time.

I may accept or decline any suggested techniques or approaches during the sessions.

Confidentiality

The coach agrees to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.

Exceptions apply only where required by New Zealand law, including situations involving risk of harm to myself or others, or if disclosure is ordered by a court.

Fees & Payment

The coaching fee is NZ$180 per 90‑minute session or NZ$499 for a package of 3 sessions.

An invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

Payment plans may be arranged upon request.

Coaching fees are privately payable and not covered by public or private health insurance providers.

Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Refunds for prepaid packages are only available for unused sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) may also be charged in full.

Privacy

Personal information is collected only for the purpose of providing coaching services.

Information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

Eligibility

Coaching services are provided to adults (18+) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
