Hypnosis can guide you on a transformative journey. My key areas of focus include behavioral changes, resolving triggers and blocks – helping you achieve a lighter and more fulfilling life.
Key Areas Hypnosis Can Support You:
Overcoming fears
Strengthening healthy routines (e.g., quitting smoking, alcohol reduction)
Finding inner peace (sleep disturbances, nightmares)
Reprogramming limiting beliefs
Emotional healing after loss and grief
Boosting self-love and self-confidence
Calming perfectionism and the inner critic
Addressing physical complaints through mental techniques
Experiencing pregnancy and birth positively
If you have a concern that isn’t listed here, feel free to reach out. Together, we’ll explore whether I can support you – every topic is unique, just like you.
Important Note:
Your topic must be your topic. We can work together on how you handle challenging feelings or situations, but not on changing someone else’s behavior. For example: “I feel small and helpless when my boss yells at me.” We can address your feelings and reactions, but we cannot change your boss’s behavior – that’s their responsibility.

Understanding Hypnosis: Facts vs. Myths
How Does a Typical Session Work?
A session begins with a detailed preliminary conversation. We take the time to clarify your topic and desired focus. Preliminary exercises can help ease you into hypnosis or prove useful later during the hypnosis phase. Once you are in a trance, we work intensively on your concern. Techniques such as inner child work or belief system reprogramming help us resolve blocks and create new connections.
Can Everyone Be Hypnotized?
Yes, fundamentally, anyone who can focus can be hypnotized. Some individuals naturally have a greater openness to trance states, which makes the process easier. Trance is a completely natural state – it occurs, for example, just before falling asleep or while waiting for a traffic light to turn green.
How Does Hypnosis Feel? Am I Sleeping, or Being Manipulated?
In hypnosis, you experience a state of deep relaxation, similar to meditation or the moments before falling asleep. Your mind remains alert and clear, and we’ll communicate, much like in a conscious conversation.
What If I Don’t Wake Up From the Trance?
It’s impossible to "get stuck" in a trance. Your brain operates at a different frequency during hypnosis but naturally returns to its normal state afterward. For instance, if the internet connection were to drop during an online session, you’d eventually wonder why it’s so quiet, open your eyes, and your brain would return to its normal frequency.
